Although our research should not replace any additional due diligence checks that you would normally expect to carry out yourself.

We have a range of individual property or Fund investment opportunities from £15k and will work with your Financial Adviser to try to match your needs and risk profile to the most appropriate options.

We offer Property Club Membership for individuals wanting to have the most up to date information and support to Financial Advisers and other Professionals wishing to offer property investments to their clients.

We have sourced properties abroad for our clients, after having completed a stringent due diligence process, on the region, developers and the property itself using our trademarked IPAP standard.

This vetting allows us to uniquely Star Rate each development and gives our clients the peace of mind that an independent 3rd party has covered the important checks for them, prior to them considering buying. This process does not however replace the checks that individual investors should always make for themselves. When buying property Olive Tree always advise that you use a Solicitor to act on your behalf.
