i thought that pensions could only buy commercial property? this looks like residential, i'm confused!

A pension can buy commercial property, although this is residential, you cannot have personal useage if you buy with your pension. It is made commercial by the fact that you take in effect a leaseback arrangement with the hotel management company. If you buy personally, you can use at any time, or take the 7% guaranteed rental |
