You may have noticed a new logo on our website. FOPDAC the Federation of Overseas Property Developers, Agents and Consultants, has recently joined with the National Association of Estate Agents to become “NAEA International Incorporating FOPDAC.

Although the title is rather dull, this is an exciting development for us and our clients since it offers even more progress and security in a non-regulated industry.

Members such as Olive Tree are bound by a strict code of conduct to ensure they offer the highest levels of integrity and service and entry qualifications are high.

Membership is restricted to those companies who demonstrate professional expertise and are able to meet the strict criteria set out in the code of ethics.

The common aim of members is to conduct their activities in a manner which seeks, above all, to protect the interests of those who have decided to purchase, or sell, a property overseas.

This is a specialist field, and to have the backing of these long established organisations puts us amongst the leaders in the field. Put simply, this logo should give you confidence and peace of mind.

Olive Tree are also full members of AIPP the Association of International Property Professionals.
