The Maroccana 4 year growth fund from Olive Tree

After the success of the Kalamon Fund, Olive Tree has released their second fund that invests in property and land in the UK and around the world.

After having carried out their IPAP TM due diligence checks and negotiated significant price discounts, up to 30% off the valuation prices, the Fund buys property or land and then resells within the 4 year term, with the intention of making a gain for investors.

Investors can buy into the Fund from £15,000, either cash or via their Pension Funds. (SIPP or SSAS).

The Maroccana Fund is a 4 year growth fund from Olive Tree, targeting to return the initial investment, plus 50% growth.

The Fund will pay an additional 50% of any growth over this figure, retaining 50% of the excess amount as an incentive for the Fund Managers to achieve significant returns.
