The developers hope to gain outline planning in November and expect the land to be worth around  $100 per m2 if that happens. 

The prices of the plots will increase at each stage after that. The price if and when full planning is achieved is being targeted at an average of $140-$180per m2. 

The developer hopes to establish a bourse where plots can be bought and sold during the period of the build.
