There are approximately 500 properties available in total to be released in 10 phases. Phase one was 50 1 bedroom apartments which were pre-released to Property Club Members only on Friday and sold out before the end of the day. Olive Tree are discussing with the developer about exclusivity of phase 2 and 3 and are hopeful of a new release initially to Property Club Members some time before the end of January. General release to the public is likely to be on the 1st March 2007 OTIP |
