My sister learnt to ski in Pamporovo 5 yrs ago and said that they were excellent instructors. She took her children to learn last year and said that the instructors were as good but the facilities even better. We're going at the end of the year.

There is a possibility. The developers are planning to finish by the end of the year. January is more likely however. It is worth keeping in touch on progress via this discussion forum.
